Decoration Options

How we brand your products.

A full range of decoration methods — so your logo looks exactly the way it should, on whatever you're putting it on.

Every product and every logo is different, so we offer a full range of decoration methods to make sure yours looks the way it should. Some methods suit bold, simple logos. Others handle full-colour artwork, fine detail or tricky surfaces. And some just look premium. Because that's the impression you're going for.

Not sure which one's right for your product? That's what we're here for. Browse the options below or get in touch, and we'll point you in the right direction.

Screen Print

Ink is pushed through a mesh screen directly onto your product. It's one of the most popular methods for a reason: you get sharp, bold results on flat surfaces like T-shirts, tote bags, notebooks and umbrellas. Cost drops with volume, so it's great for larger runs. Metallic and fluorescent inks are available on select products. Each colour needs its own screen, so it works best with simpler designs.

Pad Print

A silicone pad picks up ink from an etched plate and presses it onto your product. Because the pad is flexible, it wraps around curved and uneven surfaces without distorting the image. You'll see this on pens, mugs, golf balls and tech accessories. It handles fine detail well and can print multiple colours in a single pass.

Digital Print

Your design is printed directly onto materials like paper, vinyl and magnetic stock using CMYK colour. This is the method behind most labels, badges and fridge magnets. It handles full colour from the start, so complex images and gradients are no problem.

Digital Transfer

A full-colour design is digitally printed onto transfer paper, then heat-pressed onto fabric. The finish is soft to the touch, flexible and machine washable, using eco-friendly water-based inks. It handles detailed, multi-colour artwork that screen print and embroidery can't, making it a go-to for complex logos on apparel.

Direct Digital

Inkjet printing straight onto the product's surface. The big advantage here is that it can print on dark-coloured products by laying down a white base layer first. Works well on flat and slightly curved hard goods, and offers larger print areas than most other methods.

Sublimation

Sublimation ink is printed onto transfer paper, then heat-pressed into the product's surface. The ink becomes part of the material rather than sitting on top of it, so there's no texture or peeling. The result is vivid, full-colour, edge-to-edge branding. It only works on white surfaces and products with a sublimation-ready coating, but when it suits your product, the finish is hard to beat.

Embroidery

Thread is stitched directly into the fabric to recreate your logo. It's durable, looks premium and holds up through hundreds of washes. Best on polos, caps, jackets and bags. Up to 12 thread colours per position, and the slightly raised finish gives your branding a quality you can feel. Keep designs relatively simple. Very fine detail may not translate as well in thread.

Debossing & Embossing

A heated metal plate is pressed into the product to leave a permanent impression of your artwork. Debossing presses the design down into the surface; embossing raises it up. Both create a tactile, high-end feel that looks and feels more expensive than printed alternatives. Best on leather goods, notebooks and packaging. Thermo debossing is available on select products for a two-tone finish that really stands out.

Laser Engraving

A laser removes material from the product's surface to etch your design permanently into it. The result varies depending on the material. Metal, wood, glass and acrylic all produce different finishes. It's precise, permanent and impossible to rub off. Popular on pens, drink bottles, awards and glassware. Variable data (individual names or numbers) is available on select products.

Foil Print

Metallic foil is applied to the product using heat and pressure. Available in gold, silver and copper, it gives notebooks, journals and leather goods a polished, premium look. Modern digital foiling means there's no need for plates or stamps, so it's more cost-effective than traditional foiling. Variable data is possible too, making it a good option for personalised gifts.

Prism Digital Print & Digital Crystal Label

Two similar processes from different manufacturers, both delivering a glossy, raised 3D finish on hard surfaces. Your artwork is UV-printed in full colour with a durable gloss or crystal-clear coating that's scratch-resistant and eye-catching. Ideal for products where you want the branding to really stand out.

Rotary & Wrap Print

These methods handle full-colour branding that wraps around cylindrical products like drink bottles, cups and tumblers. Rotary screen print uses the same mesh-and-ink process as standard screen print, while rotary digital print uses UV inkjet for full-colour gloss finishes with no loss of colour, even on dark products. A great option when you want branding that covers more of the surface.

Resin Coated Finish

Your artwork is printed onto vinyl, then coated with a crystal-clear resin that creates a glossy, raised 3D dome. The finished decal is applied to the product with a permanent adhesive bond. It looks and feels premium and works well for logos that need to stand out on hard goods. Full colour is standard, and variable data is available.

Imitation Etch

A special ink creates an etched-glass effect via pad or screen print. It looks like real etching, but costs a fraction of the price and can be applied to curved surfaces. Popular on glassware and drinkware, where you want a subtle, classy finish without the expense of actual engraving.

Digital Label

A full-colour adhesive label, digitally printed and applied to products that can't be branded any other way. Labels can be cut to custom shapes and printed edge-to-edge. Variable data (names, numbers) is available, and they work across a wide range of surfaces. Think of these as the problem-solver when other methods won't work for a particular product.

Patches

Patches are a popular way to brand caps, jackets, bags and uniforms. We offer several types: suede patches with a laser-etched finish, full-colour vinyl patches for detailed logos with a matte or gloss look, and full-colour sublimated patches for bold, all-over designs. They're sewn or heat-applied to the product and give your branding a textured, premium feel.
