Branding on a straw hat works differently to a cap. Tell us the style and quantity you want and we'll confirm the minimum before you order. Need fewer than that? Ask the team – we can sometimes accommodate smaller runs too.
Your logo is applied to a patch on the ribbon or hat band, or to the coloured ribbon itself, not printed directly onto the straw weave. Depending on the style, that patch is a woven or polyester panel sewn or fixed in place, and it takes a full colour logo.
The current range covers panama and straw fedora shapes, wide brim hats, a flat brim style and a toggle style, in natural straw and paper straw, with black, navy, white and coloured band trims.
Standard production runs from around 5 to 15 business days depending on style and decoration. Selected styles are also available through our Express Range for tighter deadlines. Delivery sits on top of production time: metro delivery to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane adds 1 to 2 business days after despatch.
