Promotional aprons put your logo on the one garment your team keeps on for a whole shift. Cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries, butchers, retail floors, market stalls, trades and event stands all order them, and the range below runs from bib aprons through to short and long waist styles in cotton drill, canvas, denim, linen and poly-cotton twill.

Every order comes with a free digital mockup so you can see your logo on the custom apron before anything is made, and there are no setup fees. Browse the range below, then request a quote and we'll match a style to your team.

Why custom aprons work for hospitality and retail

An apron is worn front-on, all day, by the staff your customers talk to. That makes it one of the more practical pieces of branded merchandise a venue can buy.

  • Your logo sits at chest or pocket height, facing the customer for the length of every shift
  • One style across the team reads as a uniform, even when everyone is in their own shirt
  • Heavy duty fabrics like cotton duck canvas and cotton drill hold up to repeat wear and washing. The Barley apron uses a no-fade canvas twill tested to 100 washes
  • Cost per impression stays low next to most paid advertising, because the same apron works day after day

Aprons sit inside our wider promotional clothing range, so you can match them to branded polo shirts, t-shirts or caps and keep the whole team on one look.

Custom aprons for cafes, trades and events

Different jobs need different cuts. Bib aprons cover you from chest to knee, which suits kitchens, butchers and bar work, and styles like the Urban Bib, Denim Bib and Carrie use cross-back or cross-over straps that spread the weight for a long shift. Waist and half aprons come in short and long lengths for baristas, front-of-house and retail service, where quick access to a pocket matters more than full coverage. Canvas and denim options suit trades, markets and makers, with heavier fabric from 240 GSM to 365 GSM and metal eyelets. Practical detail runs through the range: divided front pockets, up to four front pockets, a pen slot, a bottle-opener provision, a towel loop, adjustable neck straps, herringbone straps, leather trim and antique brass fittings. A ladies' smock, a kids apron and an apron plus oven mitt set are also in the collection, and there are recycled cotton and other eco-rated options if sustainability is on your brief.

Promotional apron FAQs

Minimum order quantities start from as little as 6 units, though the exact number varies by apron style – most start at 10, with a few premium or specialty styles sitting at 50 or 100. Unit price drops at each quantity break, so the more you order the less each apron costs. Need fewer than that? Ask the team – we can sometimes accommodate smaller runs too.

Aprons are branded by embroidery, one colour print or full colour transfer print. Embroidery gives a stitched, textured finish that suits heavier canvas and denim. One colour print is a screen or pad print for solid logos, and full colour transfer print handles detailed multi-colour artwork and is machine washable.

Production time depends on the apron and the decoration method. Some aprons are Express Range eligible, with 24-hour and 3-day production options, while others run to standard production of roughly 7 to 15 business days. Delivery timing is confirmed separately when you order. Tell us your event date with your quote and we'll confirm what's achievable.

Yes. If you want to check the fabric, fit or size before committing to a bulk order, request a sample when you ask for your quote and we'll organise it.

It depends on the decoration method. Vector artwork in EPS, AI, SVG or PDF gives the cleanest result for one colour print and full colour transfer print, since sharp edges matter most for those methods. Embroidery works well from a high resolution PNG or JPG, though vector is fine too if you have it. Send whatever file you have and our design team will let you know if it needs redrawing before it goes to print or stitch.
