Promotional hi vis jackets branded with your logo for trade crews
Promotional hi vis jackets keep your crew visible and warm on site while your company logo goes to every job. Construction and civil crews, trades businesses, transport, rail and traffic teams, councils and outdoor event staff order them in bulk as part of their workwear and uniforms. The range covers flying, quilted, softshell, waterproof and 4 in 1 jackets in orange or yellow and with or without reflective strips to ensure visibility.
Every quote includes a free mockup, so you see your logo on the jacket before anything is made. Browse the range below, then request a quote.
Why branded hi vis jackets work for site crews and staff
A branded hi vis jacket puts your logo in front of clients and the public every working day.
- Workers wear it every shift, on site and on the drive in, so your brand is seen at every job
- Matching jackets make your team and subcontractors easy to pick out on busy construction sites
- Waterproof and insulated styles keep staff protected from the elements, so they get worn through winter and wet weather conditions instead of sitting in the ute
- One order outfits the whole crew in the same colours, including new employees
Hi vis jacket styles for every site and season
Choose the jacket by the weather your workers face and the site they work on. The hi vis work jackets in this range come from Syzmik and Australian Industrial Wear.
Flying and quilted jackets are the warm pick for cold mornings, including the two tone flying jacket and the rain proof quilted safety jacket, which is designed for everyday professional use. Soft shell styles handle wind with more freedom of movement: the two tone softshell is tough wearing, and the Antarctic softshell has a longer length for protection in cold conditions. For wet sites, the storm, lightweight and Ultralite waterproof jackets are seam sealed. Waterproof ratings run from 3,000mm to 20,000mm, so tell us the conditions your crew works in and we'll confirm the right rating.
The 4 in 1 jackets pair a jacket with a reversible fleece-lined vest that zips in or is worn on its own, and the 2 in 1 softshells have zip-off sleeves, with stretch fabric for comfort on the Streetworx style. The Bluey wool blend jacket and the polar fleece full zip jacket are the traditional warm layer. For rail and night work, the Biomotion VIC Rail Safety Jacket is VIC Rail compliant, and the X Back Heavy Duty and X Back Ultralite jackets are NSW Rail compliant. Crews who need flame resistant (FR) outerwear can choose the flame arc rated antistatic waterproof jacket.
Several Australian Industrial Wear jackets conform to Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS) 4602.1:2011, the safety standard for high visibility clothing. Class D/N covers day and night use, with reflective tape (3M Scotchlite on most lines) for visibility in the dark. Class D covers day use. Check the rating against your site's safety standards.
Colours are orange or yellow, mostly two tone with navy. Fits are men's and unisex, and most lines run up to 7XL, many from XXS. Need only a vest? See our hi vis vests collection. For outerwear without hi vis, see the promotional jackets range. The jackets sit in our wider clothing and workwear range alongside hi vis pants and hi vis shirts for the rest of the crew kit for extra protection to keep your team safe.
How logo branding works on hi vis jackets
Custom branding on hi vis jackets uses three methods: embroidery, 1 colour screen print and full colour transfer print.
- Embroidery, up to 10,000 stitches, for a stitched logo on the chest
- 1 colour screen print in one or two positions, for a strong single colour logo on the front and back
- Full colour transfer print in small (100 x 100mm), medium (148 x 210mm) and large (210 x 197mm) sizes, for detailed or multi-colour artwork
Place the logo on the fluoro or contrast fabrics, not over the reflective tape, and keep a large back print clear of the tape bands. Several Syzmik jackets have embroidery access on the jacket or vest, which makes a stitched logo easier to add. If your site needs a branded jacket to keep its compliance, check the compliance details with us before you order. Your free mockup shows the logo on your chosen jacket and position before production.

Minimum order quantities start from as little as 10 units, though the exact number varies by jacket. Need fewer than that? Ask the team – we can sometimes accommodate smaller runs too. Tell us which jacket you want and we'll confirm the minimum before you order.
Standard production runs 10 to 12 business days for embroidery and 10 to 15 business days for screen print and transfer print. These jackets aren't available through our Express Range, so plan crew orders around those times. Delivery timing is confirmed when you order, so tell us your date and we'll confirm what's achievable.
Yes, our hi vis jackets meet Australian safety standards, and the rating varies by jacket. The flying, rain proof quilted, two tone softshell, hooded softshell and Bluey jackets from Australian Industrial Wear are rated AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 Class D/N. The quilted two tone and polar fleece jackets are Class D, and the VIC Rail jacket is rated day/night. The Syzmik jackets are rated too – ask us to confirm the class for the jacket you want.
Yes. Ask for a sample when you request your quote, so you can check the fit, weight and colour before ordering for the whole crew.
The file you need depends on the decoration method. 1 colour screen print gives the cleanest result from vector artwork in EPS, AI, SVG or PDF. Embroidery and full colour transfer print also prefer vector, but a high resolution JPG or PNG works too. If you don't have a vector file, send what you have and we'll check it. Tell us your Pantone Matching System (PMS) colours and logo placement when you order or request a quote.
