Promotional travel mugs get picked up every morning, which is why they work so well as staff gifts, onboarding pack inclusions, cafe reorders and conference giveaways. Businesses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and right across Australia order them in bulk with a logo laser engraved or printed in full colour. Every order comes with a free digital mockup and there are no setup fees, so you see the mug before anything is made. The range below covers insulated stainless steel, ceramic-lined, bamboo and plastic options across a spread of sizes and colours. Request a quote and we'll match a mug to your quantity and budget.

Why branded travel mugs work for staff, cafes and events

A branded travel mug is one of the few promotional products that gets used daily, so the branding keeps working long after the order lands.

  • Daily reuse puts your logo in front of the person holding it, and everyone sitting near them, every morning
  • Reusable mugs replace single-use cups, which suits an eco friendly or sustainability message
  • Products this durable stay in service for years, so the cost per exposure stays low
  • Useful gifts get kept and carried rather than shoved in a drawer

They sit alongside the rest of our promotional drinkware range, so you can pair them with drink bottles for a staff pack or add tumblers for a cold drink option on the same order.

Custom printed travel mugs for staff gifts, cafes and events

The range covers a few different builds. Double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel mugs are the thermal option, holding drinks hot or cold for longer, so they suit commuters and site teams. Ceramic-lined coffee cups and keep cups give a taste-neutral finish that cafes ask for. Bamboo-lidded and cork-base mugs give a natural look, and food-grade BPA free plastic mugs and tumblers cover lighter budgets and larger sizes. Thermos mugs and tea-infuser options are there too. Capacities run from 300ml to 890ml, plus a 1,335ml plastic travel mug, so smaller cups suit daily office use while the bigger mugs go to people on the road. Lid styles include push-on sliding, screw-on with a flip nozzle, push-button, splashproof push-seal and foldable sip straw. Branding is laser engraving on stainless steel or full-colour digital print. Filter by reusable, natural material or recycled for a sustainability angle, or see the branded coffee cup range for a plain cup.

Promotional travel mug FAQs

Minimum order quantities start from as little as 10 units, though the exact number varies by mug style and branding method. Tell us which mug you want and how many you need, and we'll confirm the exact minimum and the price for that quantity before you commit. Need fewer than that? Ask the team – we can sometimes accommodate smaller runs too.

Three methods are used across the range. Laser engraving cuts your logo into the stainless steel for a natural etch that won't wear off. Screen print and full-colour digital print are used where the logo needs colour or fine detail, with screen print suited to bold single-colour logos and digital print for more detailed, multi-colour artwork. Many travel mugs can also be personalised with a name or short message alongside your logo. The method available depends on the mug, so we confirm it per product and show you a mockup first.

Double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel mugs hold temperature best, hot or cold. Plastic mugs and tumblers are lighter and cheaper but won't hold heat as long. Ceramic-lined cups are chosen for taste rather than hold time. Individual products state their own hold times where the manufacturer has tested them.

Materials in the range include stainless steel, ceramic-lined stainless steel, bamboo, cork and bisphenol A (BPA) free plastic, with silicone seals on many of the lids. Capacities run from 300ml up to 890ml, with a 1,335ml plastic mug at the top of the range. Colours vary by product and most styles come in several.

Vector artwork in EPS, AI, SVG or PDF gives the sharpest result for both laser engraving and full colour print. If all you have is a low-resolution logo file, send it through anyway and our design team will check it and redraw it if needed. You'll see a mockup with your artwork on the mug before anything goes into production.
