The Bondi, Long Beach and Explore are UPF50. Ratings differ by product, so tell us which hat you want and we'll confirm its sun protection rating.
The file you need depends on the decoration method. Screen print and 1 colour print give the cleanest result from vector artwork in EPS, AI, SVG or PDF. Embroidery, full colour print, transfer print and sublimation also prefer vector, but a high resolution JPG or PNG works too. If you don't have a vector file, send what you have and we'll check it. Artwork approval happens on your free mockup before production starts.
