All hats and caps are made to order. Standard production runs 5 to 15 working days, with selected lines available faster through our Express Range. Delivery sits on top of that and depends on your location. Include your event date when you order and we'll confirm what's achievable.

The file you need depends on the decoration method. Screen printing, full colour print (heat transfer) and sublimation give the cleanest result from vector artwork in EPS, AI, SVG or PDF. Embroidery can work from a high resolution JPG or PNG, as our team sets the design up for stitching. If you only have a low resolution logo, send it through anyway and our design team will check it and tell you whether it needs redrawing before production.
