It depends on the pen. Many are loose packed with an optional pen sleeve or presentation box. Some come in a cardboard tube or individual gift box and gift sets arrive boxed. Cross pens include a Cross branded gift box.
Many metal pens can. A lot of the range takes a standard metal refill, and Parker-type and Cross-type refills are sold separately. Inkless metal pens write with a metal alloy tip and need no refill.
The file you need depends on the decoration method. Laser engraving, pad print and screen print give the cleanest result from vector artwork in EPS, AI, SVG or PDF. Digital print also prefers vector, but a high resolution JPG or PNG works too. The print area is small, so a simple logo or business name reads best. If you don't have a vector file, send what you have and we'll check it.
